If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users. We recommend reviewing them periodically for updates.

WEBSITE & EVENT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to prepare the information, service details, pricing, and other materials available on our website and promotional content. However, occasional errors or outdated details may occur, and Corbett Event Planner shall not be held responsible for such errors. CHANGES IN EVENT ITINERARY OR ARRANGEMENTS

Corbett Event Planner reserves the right to modify, amend, or change any part of the event plan, arrangements, or vendor services before or during the event. While we make every effort to notify clients of such changes promptly, certain modifications may be unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, vendor cancellations, strikes, or emergencies).

Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible, but we shall not be liable for refunds or compensation for such changes.

SERVICES & SCOPE

The scope of services will be clearly mentioned in your event proposal, agreement, and confirmation documents. While we aim to deliver all services as agreed, minor deviations may occur due to vendor availability or other circumstances. In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided without affecting the overall quality of the event.

PERFORMANCE & PRICE CHANGES

Corbett Event Planner reserves the right to make minor changes to agreed services, provided these do not substantially impact the event experience.

Significant price adjustments may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in vendor rates, currency fluctuations, or increases in fuel or material costs. Should the overall price increase by more than 5%, clients will have the right to cancel the booking without penalty, provided they do so within 10 days of being notified.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the event date.

  • Payments must be made as per the invoice instructions. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services without refund of the advance.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate details (venue permissions, guest count, special requirements, etc.) and ensure compliance with local laws and venue regulations.

EXCLUSIONS – SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

Unless explicitly mentioned in your contract, the following are not included in the package price:

  • Venue booking fees.

  • Transportation and accommodation for guests.

  • Additional vendor or service charges not specified in the agreement.

  • Taxes, permits, or government fees (if applicable).

LIABILITY LIMITATION

Corbett Event Planner shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from changes in services or vendor availability.

  • Issues beyond our control (e.g., weather disruptions, force majeure events, third-party vendor failures).

  • Any amount exceeding the total service fees paid by the client.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Corbett Event Planner reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without liability, in cases of:

  • Non-payment of dues.

  • Misconduct, unlawful activity, or breach of contract by the client.

  • Situations where continuing services is not feasible or safe.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.
